Cannot access microsoft.com from your browser
If your computer cannot access the microsoft website, but running antivirus software does not help, or does not find anything, the virus may be hiding in your MBR.
But first, run several software programs:

- Microsoft Malicious Software Removal Tool
- Malware Bytes Anti-Malware
- F-SECURE MALWARE REMOVAL TOOL (F-Downadup)
