Cyber Panel PowerPanel Personal Edition installation fails

In Windows 7, the installation of Cyber Panel PowerPanel Personal Edition fails. One of the two following tricks can be used, but I usually implement both tricks at the same time to ensure that installation succeeds:

1. Right click the file, and under Compatibility tab select Run this program in compatibility mode for Windows Vista (SP2).

2. Right click the file and choose "Run as Administrator".
