Enabling Windows NTFS file permissions - no Security tab
If you have read about Windows NTFS file permissions, and CANT SEE THAT "Security" tab when you right click on a file or folder and select "Properties", do not go insane!
In the folder window menu, click on Tools>Folder Options>View. Scroll down and uncheck "Use simple file sharing (Recommended)".
Keep your sanity. You will need it for something else.
