What you'll need to replace a car airbag (SRS)
It's unbelievable that you probably don't know it, and sellers pretend they don't as well -- you'll often need to buy replacement connector if you buy a replacement airbag and want to replace it yourself.
Before you buy a replacement airbag, remove the old one carefully and see if the plastic connectors have melted to the airbag, and whether any other wires in the steering wheel have melted as well.
And again, you will have more trouble if the dash panel has been ripped by the passenger side airbag. To properly replace the passenger side airbag, you will need to read a good manual on whether the entire dash panel has to be removed, and what to do about rips and airbag cover.
