My CMSMS database size keeps growing (more than 10MB)

CMSMS databases grow without bound, and there is no built--in utility, or devs' awareness of the issue. It is hard to back something up if it grows to more than 10MB (as backups will have many copies of the database).

Periodically, the following must be cleaned to bring the size of the db down:

• statistics module logs
• archiver module logs
• admin log
• cache
• search terms
• banner module hits
