Call to a member function GetName()
When upgrading a module, if you get the following error:
Fatal error: Call to a member function GetName() on a non-object in /*/htdocs/*/lib/classes/class.moduleoperations.inc.php on line 831
Solution:
Enable the module first (make it active) first before attempting the module upgrade!
