VTech wireless house phone review

VTech wireless house phones are great.

Also, you can make someone very happy (HINT HINT FOR GIFT) by replacing her old wireless phone with a VTech one.

One problem is that they have WAY TOO MANY models. Which one should you choose?

1) Stay away from DECT. If you don't know why then research it.

2) Buy a multi-handset system. Trust me, you'll need it. Buy at least one more than the number of floors/bedrooms the house has.

3) Their website and model lineup is EXTREMELY confusing, but for a quick pick I would recommend one of these: DS4121-3, CS5121-2, or ia5870.

4) NOTE: one thing that VTech phones do not have, but is kind of "a must" for many talkers in the household is private calling (when someone else cannot lift another handset and listen to your conversation). For this needed feature, you will need to research other manufacturers of phones.
