SAVE YOUR MONEY, DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK
Plastic is super thin. I cleaned windows first with a generic cleaner, and then per instructions.
On some windows, double sided tape failed when we were shrinking the plastic with hot air.
ALL WINDOWS PEELED OFF AFTER TWO WEEKS.
I have to redo all the windows (another half a day of work) with 3M brand.
Note: unlike some obsolete online information, Lowes chain no longer carries 3M brand windows film. They switched to the cheaper but worse FrostKing.
