How to open the spout of a Panrosa Flower Hand Soap
It pops up just like other dispensers. But it is cheaply made, and the plastic part slips without working. To pop it up, unscrew from bottle, hold the tube part with a napkin (or bare hands if you can tolerate soap on your fingers), and then twist the top.
