Directions for taking Beyond Health supplements

Directions are not always clear for taking Beyond Health supplements. The following is the result of my Q/A with the company's representatives.

Multivitamin: Normal use should be 1-2 per day with food.

Vitamin C: Half-rounded teaspoon is an intermediate between level spoon (no power above edges of the spoon) and a rounded (or heaped) one (with a "mountain" above the edges of the spoon). However, you should modify the amount based how many milligrams of vitamin C you wish to consume.

Attention: DO NOT place vitamin C in a stainless steel flask or drinking bottle! It will rust!

 

Vitamin D: is of a liquid form, and comes with a dropper top. This vitamin is absorbed thru the mouth tissue, so no swallowing is required. Actually, at the dosage of 5 drops, there isn't much to swallow. You certainly can place 5 drops on a teaspoon and then lick the vitamin off the teaspoon, but I just stick my tongue out and stop when I feel five drops on my tongue.
