Drink plenty of water

Tip: Drink a glass of water before a meal for great benefit! It'll make you not go thirsty if you eat solid food, help your stomach, and stop you before you eat too much food. Actually, many times when you think you are hungry your body is actually thirsty. It just thinks that it would get water from food. Well, not from solid and dry American food, and that is where the problem is. Also, if you find yourself thirsty, then it's already too late to drink water to fix the problem, as you should have drank water before you ever get thirsty.
