Causes of hand eczema

My mom had hand eczema for the longest time, until I looked into the issue. She preferred to wash the dishes by hand. She did not use rubber gloves. Having previous history with chemical poisoning, I looked at the dishwashing liquid she was using. Of course, it was the popular Palmolive.

I bought her Seventh Generation Dishwashing liquid:

Her eczema went away very quickly.

Note: you must keep using a product such as Seventh Generation or Green Works (inferior, contains some unnatural components), and never go back to poisonous products such as Palmolive for your eczema to not come back.

Also consider rubber gloves or a dishwasher.
