Constant headache in the morning

If you are a woman with long hair, and you experience a constant headache in the morning, here is something a woman has told me. She told me that after she went to a shorter hair length, the headaches went away. She theorized that, lying on the back, her head was pulling on the hair, which was stuck between the head and the pillow.

I recommend for the reader to try to pin the hair up, or try a different sleeping position (on the side instead of on the back), to see if the headaches go away.
