Correcting website mistakes en masse

It would take a huge amount of time to correct many spelling mistakes on a CMS-driven website by opening each page, correcting the mistake, and saving the page.

A somewhat easier method for CMS-driven websites is to correct those mistakes at the source: the database.

The following procedure will show how to use phpMySQL.

Open up the database in phpMySQL. This is different for the variety of hosting setups, but can be found somewhere in the Databases area.
