T-Mobile prepaid review

In case you did not know, salespeople will try to screw you no matter what.

First thing they lied about is that I could unlock my phone immediately, but actually it is after 90 days.

When I went back to the store, they acted they did not know what I was talking about (Surprise!)

Calling corporate customer service was no help - never got anything.

I tried to return the phone, but they required a $10 restocking fee, and because I threw out the cut hazard clamshell (but had everything else that was included, including the paper inside the clamshell, they required $25 FOR THAT! And they never even asked if there was a physical problem with the phone.

So if you were wondering how they make money with crappy service - well here is your answer - they ALREADY MADE MONEY with the activation and restocking fees, they DON'T REALLY NEED me as a customer.
