Great compact book to read before starting a wiring project, and to consult during work on the project.

A few things to be aware of:

1) Buy an edition covering the most recent NEC code.

2) Buy a larger reference book like NEC code reference when this book is not specific enough

3) Follow local rules regarding whether you are allowed to do work yourself

4) Refer to a local electrician with any questions
