Comment: I ordered four, five spoke centre wheel hubs for a 2009 Audi A3: http://www.easy-motorcycle.com/audi-wheel-center-cap-a4-s4-a5-s5-a6-s6-s8-q5-q7-tt-p-737.html I was sent three used hubs from a completely different model that looked like they'd come straight off a scrapheap. After complaining to them "Jack" eventually answered: "sorry for it. Now can resend it. HOw about it?" As they took a few days in answering I put in a complaint to Paypal asking for a refund. I answered "Jack", saying that I would be happy to receive the exact item advertised on their website, but only that item. I also said that if I didn't get the item then I would escalate my claim with Paypal. Three days later they sent me the same email via paypal. I answered again saying that I thought they were wasting my time, but that I would cancel my complaint if they were to send me the exact item I had ordered. Today they gave me a refund. I think that this sort of site advertises items under false pretences, sends any old rubbish and then relies on people not bothering to follow through with their complaints. Paypal automatically closes your complaint after 20 days if you don't escalate your complaint. I couldn't really care less about the 17.95€, I just hate being ripped off!

Comment: Using tracking, I can not find my order, I am using china post to find it, but no success, I need held to TRACK my shipment track no: REMOVED BY ADMINISTRATOR order no: REMOVED BY ADMINISTRATOR. well well well 3 holes in the ground I should say, so far here was ( Jack )[*&? and his reply after me checking on im to, where about my stuff was =((Thanks a lot for your best patience. But I am sorry that our warehouse people marked it for you wrong as it was out of stock for some days. Now we are not sure when we can get it. In case you can wait for it anymore, we can make you refund for it. Look forward to you. Best regards))Jack Jack,,,,, i'm willing to wait for it, but be more specific on when do you expect to get that stock back. This is what I need to hear from you. Richard. jan.12-2012

( i have no idea why they are selling this but what ever) Any ways I got just the light then they said the order was just for the light. Not the tank or filter. Paypal is trying to get my cash back but says the account is empty. DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Comment: Yes I have received what I have ordered, but after a very long time, two weeks methink. If your tracking number is not on record, then they have not yet given the item to USPS. Also, tracking lags behind by a day at USPS. I would not use tracking at all and just wait for the item.

Comment: I just ordered something from easy-motorcycle.com and discovered they were in China. The tracking number that they provided for my shipment is not on record at the USPS. I'm nervous that I just got scammed. Have you received what you ordered yet? Fortunately, I used PayPal. (BTW, mine was order #717 - LOL!) Thanks!
