Should I self-publish, go digital with e-book, or do POD

Many people ask the question of whether they should self-publish, go the digital route with e-books, or do POD (print on demand). I can only hope that the reason is not to "keep most money to myself".

The cost of printing a physical book is a very small portion of the total cost of getting readers to purchase your book. All of the steps above apply to an e-book, self-publishing, or POD. The only question is -- would you like to do all of the work described above yourself, or by paying for it out of your pocket?
