How much is the Paypal fee for withdrawing your balance as cash thru their debit card?
I would not recommend trying to withdraw your Paypal balance as cash thru their debit card at any ATMs. Why? Because of a bunch of fees.
1) ATM fee because this card is not from your bank. $2 for mine.
2) $1 ATM withdrawal fee (why the hell???)
It is actually easier to do something else. If you have a relatively small balance, instead use it as a shopping card for stores, and use cashback option to not pay any of the above fees (the maximum is usually $100 for each time you request cashback in a store).
Direct withdrawal from a Paypal balance to a bank account is the preferable option, but takes several days to complete.
