Cannot set up online banking for TD Bank HSA account
If you cannot set up online banking for a TD Bank HSA account, then it cannot be set up if you have zero balance on that account. A deposit must be made first, or you must wait for a deposit from your company (if they contribute).
BTW, there's a $20 fee for opening up the account. If your company requested you open up the account, you may get a refund for that fee.
