Error codes

I got all those EXACT same codes (upper part of the page)... I replaced the MAF, and the code didn't go away. I clean the throttle body, and then it failed adaptation and had to get a new one ($$$)... now it runs worse than ever, still has the same codes and the MAF still shows bad - going to check that fuse now, but don't understand how that could have any bearing - if the fuse was blown, there'd be no fuel pump right? Did you just change the fuse as indicated, or change the relay?
