Image alt text and tooltip test page

This page is a test for "tooltip" and "alternate text" features of pictures in HTML. Someone has requested an explanation on my forum, and that is why the test page is here.

Naturally, "alternate text" is what folks who turn off loading of images in their browser would see. "Tooltip" text is what you see when you hover your mouse pointer above the image for a few seconds.

You should see text saying "this is the list of my extensions" when you hover your mouse pointer over the picture below:

And this is what you get when people turn off loading images for speed (when using dial-up) or to skip unwanted ads. The screenshot is of IE7, in Firefox I did not see outlines of pictures at all.
